ZOOLOGICAL GARDENS.
More than half these beautiful gardens are in the parish of St Pancras. They are, however, so well known to the local residents that a very short account will be all that is necessary. The Zoological Society of London was founded in the year 1825, and upwards of a quarter of a million of money up to this time has been expended in the support of the gardens.
