H. W. Colegrove Scholarship Loan Fund Trust.
The will of Mr. Colegrove provides that The First National Bank of Port Allegany may make loans from his trust fund up to $200 in any one year, and not more than $500 to any one student, at the rate of 2% interest per annum while the borrower is attending school and 4% per annum after leaving school.
