State banks complying with the requirements made of trust companies as to the deposit of securities with the state are authorized to accept and execute trusts.
12 THE BASIS OF TAXATION When such deposit has been made the bank becomes a trust company as well as a banking company, and such companies are assessed the same as state and national banks. For provisions see Rev. St. 19/35, c. 120, sees. 13, 35-9.
