Turkey, for example, has made a business of producing orphans by murdering Christian parents, and Greece has done her best to provide homes for such of these as are of the Greek race and religion, maintaining orphanages not only within the borders of the Greek Kingdom, but also in Thrace, Asia Minor and along the north and south shores of the Black Sea — in short, wherever there has 21 been need.
