I say J, the above said Tristram Coffin, senior, do freely and fermly give unto all and everj' one of my grand children that are now living, or that shall be born here- after, each of them ten acres of Land upon the Island of Tuckernnck : To have and to hold to plant Indian Corn or to sow or plant any other grain on, and if they or any of them shall sow their land with english hay seed they shall have liberty to keep four shep upon every acre during dureing their Life time, of any one that shall so impi-ove the above named Land, or any part of it.
