Se entiende por riesgo la eventuaUdad de todo caso fortuito, que pueda causar la perdida 6 deterioro de los objetos asegurados.
636. Siniestro es la p6rdida 6 el dano de las cosas aseguradas.
Denominase siniestro mayor la p6rdida total 6 casi total, y siniestro menor el simple dano de la cosa asegurada.
