But as to which of these kinds of goods are reckoned as wealth and which are not, Professor Marshall gives the reader no inkling, unless, indeed, he may be able to find it in Wag- ner's " Volkswirthschaf tslehre, " to which the reader is re- ferred at the conclusion of the chapter as throwing " much light upon the connection between the economic concept of wealth and the juridical concept of rights in private property.
