Sacken with 15,000 men was at Ferte-sous-Jouarre ; York's corps was dis- seminated along the road towards Chateau Thierry ; 5000 Russians were at Champ-Aubert ; and Blucher himself was at Fere-Champenoise with 20,000 men.
