What reading level is The Decline of Prosperity Its Insidious Cause And Obvious Remedy book?
To quickly assess the difficulty of the text, read a short excerpt:

The present production of silver in the United States, is from £6 to £8 millions annually. The balance of trade in their favour is £40 millions. Now, if this prudent action of America in regard to currency has produced so wonderful a change in the economic condition of the United States, seeing that greenbacks are now at par with gold, it would be monstrous folly on the part of America to substitute an internationally depreciated currency in the place of the more valuable gi'eenbacks. The silve...r party in the United States may lose, say, half of the value of their present silver, or about £3 or £4 milhons per annum, but the nation would retain the £40 millions of balance of trade in their favour, with a prospect of its increase. Statesmen in America are well aware of this, and know that if the silver party succeeds even in bringing about some enforced arrangement, it will speedily break down. The American Grovemment as yet holds the silver dollars in abeyance in the Treasury, for fear of losing its stock of gold and the power of maintaining the gold basis thus gained.
