[ (l) As to the effect of an admission in a suit by a duly authorized Vakeel, see note (1) to Section 18- There is no provision in the Indian Law of Procedure, as in Eng- land, for enabling one party in a suit to call upon the other to admit a fact, and in the event oi the other party not doing so, to throw upon him the expense of the proof. Some such provision would be an useful addition to the Code of Civil Procedure.
