As we sleep, they will keep watch and ward ; and, when we awake, they will be ready to ac- company us. The "great while to come, " for which David had received the assurance of the Divine countenance, did not merely reach to the very end of this earthly life but extended beyond the boundary of death " and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever.
