14. This Act, so far as it amends the Labouring Classes Lodging Houses Act, 1851, the Labouring Classes Dwelling Houses Act, 1866, and the Labouring Classes Dwelling Houses Act, 1867, (which Acts are in this Act referred to as the Labouring Classes Lodging Houses Acts, 1851 to 1867,) shall be construed as one with those Acts, and together witii those Acts may be cited as the Labouring Classes Lodging Houses Acts, 1851 to 1885.
