Cum nuper tibi precepimus quod, assumptis tecum xij discretis et legalibus militibus de Comitatu tuo, in propria persona tua accederes ad terram Thome, Episcopi Herefordensis, in Esthamptone, et terram Petri Corbet in Wente- uoure, et per eorum sacramentum fie...ri faceres perambulacionem inter terras ipsorum Episcopi et Petri in eisdem villis, ita quod perambulacio ilia fieret per certas metas et divisas, quia predicti Episcopus et Petrus posuerunt se coram nobis in perambulacionem illam ; et quod scire faceres Justiciariis nostris apud Westmonasterium, a die Sancti Hillarii in xv dies, sub sigillo tuo et sigillo quatuor militum ex illis qui dicte perambulacioni interfuerint, per quas metas et divisas perambulacio ilia facta fuerit ; et tu, occasione xij militum, ad hoc de consensu parcium electorum, ad diem ad hoc statutum accedere nolencium, id facere nequiveris, intelleximus ; nos peram- bulacionem illam nolentes indebite retardari, tibi precipimus quod predictos xij milites, et alios de balliva tua, si necesse fuerit, distringas quod tecum intersint perambulacioni illi sacramento suo faciende, ita quod fiat per certas metas et divisas, et earn scire facias prefatis Justiciariis nostris, a die Pasche in xv dies, in forma predicta.
