Young foxes were also observed looking sagaciously at the spectators from the top of a baggage wagon, or a young racoon securely clutched under the arm of a sharp-shooter. There were a good many wo- men accompanying the Germans, and a miser- able looking set of oddly dressed, Gypsey fea- tured females they were.
