HAYING passed his Final Examination, it still remains for the student to apply to the Council of the Institute for admission as an Associate of that body. This application may be made at any time subsequent to the passing of the examination and must be upon the prescribed form, which sets out that the examination has been passed by the student, and is accompanied by a certificate from his principal, to the effect that the latter considers the applicant a fit and proper person to be admitted as a member of the Institute.
