Commissioners : Sirs : I have the honor to report that I mus- tered and inspected the several detachments of State troops, who are to occupy Forts Davis and Lancaster, Camps Stockton and Hudson, and re- port them encamped about eight miles west of this city, ready to march at a moment's notice.
Enclosed is a copy of the order assigning them to their posts, and order of march.
