Thus doth my soul its inner light put forth, Thus shines the bright Aurora from the North : For every soul is born with its own light, And where the soul shines there is no more night, But endless peace born of an endless day ; And angels sing for joy when that new ray Pierceth the dome of heaven ; then is born A star among the ages a new morn Of gladness for from earth is then redeemed A chosen one, whose garment is not seamed, Another soul triumphant wings its flight Among the glories of eternal light.
