In the realm of logic, however, Aristotle developed the subject so that later ages have added very little to it.
Unlike Plato..., Aristotle did not care to enter political life. Notwithstanding, he wrote to some considerable length upon the development of the Grecian states. He is known to have written treatises upon the important city-state constitutions, but only one, the constitution of Athens, has come down to us.
Aristotle founded the Lyceum after the death of Plato, and along the shady walks of the school discussed philosophical questions with his students.

" In the first place we have to consider ( i ) whether we are to establish any system of supervision for our children, next (2) whether this supervision should be public or of a private GREEK PHILOSOPHY.
