...l Zone for Ground Mounts: In order to ensure public safety, the mini- mum distance from the base of any ground mount of a personal wireless service facility to any property line, pubhc road, habitable dwelling, busi- ness or institutional use, or public recreational area shall be, at a minimum, the distance equal to the fall zone as defined in this Article. The fall zone may cross property lines, so long as the applicant secures a fall zone ease- ment from the affected property owner(s). The area of the easement shall be shown on all applicable plans submitted to the Town, and the terms of the easement shall be provided as part of the site plan review.
