I07 James Johnston, Finnard ; Samuel Barber, Rathfriland, and John Thomson, son of the same Samuel Thomson renewable for ever, at the annual rent of one pepper-corn, if demanded, payable on every first day of May. The trustees to hold it in trust in and for the only use and benefit of the protestant dissenting congregation or society of Rathfriland, as a place of meeting for divine worship, and for accommodating them with such buildings as they should think for that purpose suitable.
