Only one sample went as low as 2. 5 per cent, and 17 samples gave less than 3 per cent (2. 7 to 2. 9). One sample only reached 7. 9 per cent; three, 6 to 7 per cent; sixteen, 5 to 6 per cent, and seventeen 4. 5 to 5 per cent making out of a total of 428 samples of milk from this cow 56 that were outside the limits of 3 to 4.
