At the combined interrogation center there are some members — Americans there and they are inspected and the facilities are quite adequate. We liave been — General Truong and I have been in the field when we have captured prisoners and the U. S. Press has been there. There has been no indication, no observation of my own to indicate that they have been other than treated with the utmost care and I would say this is one of the reasons why the 1st ARVN Division enjoys success, is because most times the prisoners will lead them back into the areas, and I have a good example of that just recently.
