Sec. 3.] PARTIES TO BE DEFENDANTS. ' 875 is allowed to a person to do any act, the day from which the computa- tion is to be made is to be reckoned exclusively. And whenever a certain space of time is given to a person to do some act, which space of time is included between two other acts to be done by another person, " both the days of doing those acts ought," observes Alderson, B., "to be excluded, in order to insure to him the whole of that space, of time.
