Stearns, graduated from Amherst College in 1874 and from tlie Harvard Medical School in 1881, and com- mencing practice here in the winter of 1885. Dr. Leonard W. Atkinson was graduated from Boston University Medical School in 1884, and began practice in Cherry Valley in 1885.
