Away from guileful tongue and lip, My only gossips be the leaves, That whisper how the Fairies trip The sward, and dance among the sheaves, Away from gay and gilded hall, To Palace of the sky s soft blue, Away from Fashion s heartless thrall To hearts and hands unstained and true !
