MOREL. This species of Fungus is found at the latter end of the rains, and generally dug of white ants' nests.
Obs. The wholesome sorts of mushroom are readily distin- guished by being of a pink or flesh colour in the gills, changing to a darker colour as they get older ; they have also a peculiar sweet smell : and another criterion of their being edible is the outer skin pealing off easily.

KNOLKHOL Is a plant of the cabbage species, and must be sown exactly in the same manner as that recommended for cab- bage, broccoli, &c.
