" It was under the veil of secrecy it is true, and it may be, therefore, that it does not detract from his power to swell and orate over the sufferings of down-trodden humanity. — It is quite probable, however, that its exposure will teach naturalized citizens bow to weigh the sincerity of his professions of regard for them.
