In proceeding under the decree to account in this cause, a charge was filed against Lady Teynham, a defendant and creditor in the cause, seeking to make her responsible for various... sums applic- able to the payment of her demand. In support of the claim she was examined on personal interrogatories, in her answer to which she admitted certain receipts, but also claimed various credits. The Master allowed the answers to be read for the purpose of establish- ing receipts against her, without reading the portions of it which established credits in her favour. An exception was taken to the report on this ground* May IS.
A party ex- amining on personal inter- rogatories in the Master's office, may nse as much of the answers as he chooses, with- out making the rest of them eyidenoe.
