Currently, only cows and calves are counted in the quota. How- ever, an accurate record of bulls taken is also maintained.
Legislative Versus Commission Control There has been objection to re- moval of the Sun River Preserve (not game range) from legislative control. One of the main points of those objecting is that the Fish and Game Commission is trying to take game management out of the hands of the people.
