The external and internal coats of the stomach had a perfectly healt...hy appearance. Its contents were a dark coloured fluid of vinous smell, similar to that of the substances which had been taken before death. The large intestines contained flatus without any offensive smell, and a considerable quantity of well digested feces. The spleen and pancreas had nothing remarkable.
