Director Hoover said the graduates were addressed by Ithe Most Reverend Patrick A. (^'Boyle, Archbishop of [Washington, and the Honorable Frank Pace, Jr., Secre- |tary of the Navy.
Director Hoover also pointed out that the 47th Session [was composed of fifty-eight officers from thirty-two states, Cuba and Puerto Rico. The representative from the Cuban National Police is the first from that country ever to attend the FBI National Academy.
Harry M. Kimball, Special Agent in Charge of the San Francisco Division of the FBI, stated that Captain Strazzo began a twelve-week study in Washington, D.
