Use ordinary letter paper (about 8 by lo^ inches), not foolscap, and leave a margin of at least an inch at the top of the page, an inch at the left, and at least half an inch at the bottom. For the printer's purposes it is desirable that every page should begin with a paragraph; therefore do not begin a paragraph near the bottom of a page.
