1 graduated in February, 1859 ; the discipline of Professor Vogdes' room was bad ; the instruction was not thorough, on account of the discipline and neglisrence ; I do not think that of late years he has been competent to im- part instruction to the classes ; I think it would be to the advantage of the institution if Professor Vogdes would resign.
