Payroll Records and Documentation.
My review of time sheets and related payroll documentatio...n revealed the following for fiscal year I98I: time sheets were not completed, levels of compensation for employees were not documented in the minutes , and the former Executive Director approved his final pay check which included a significant amount of accrued vacation and sick leave.
(11) I have been advised that procedures have been implemented in 1 982 to correct these matters.
Expense Reports.
The former Executive Director approved his own expense reports. Consider- ation should be given to having a person designated on the Council to fill this f unct ion .
