The few good men must prepare for that moment cautiously, accumulate arms, gain influence over the people, allow illusions to die out of themselves without attacking them openly, limit themselves to educate the people, especially the peasantry, instruct the youth in arms, excite ever more abhorrence for Austria, and irritate her in every possible way.
