An Act to amend section 4 of an act entitled "An act to redistrict the State into judicial districts, and to fix the times for holding coru-ts therein, and to provide for tiie election of judges and district attorneys in said districts at the next general election to be held on the first Tuesday after the first Monday in November, 1884.'* Section 1. Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Texas: That section 4 chapter 67 ...of the General Laws of the State of Texas, passed at the regular session of the Eighteenth Legislature, be amended so as to hereafter read as follows: Section 4. The fourth judicial district shall be composed of the counties of Rusk, Harrison, Panola and Shelby, and the district courts shall be held therein as follows: In the county of Rusk on the first Mondays in January and July and may continue in session six weeks.
In the county of Harrison on the sixth Monday after the first Mon- days in January and July, and may continue in session eight weeks.
