“Sleep well, Peregrine of the Tides,” she said, and then slipped out into the darkness.

I really liked this second book in her trilogy. I felt like it had more depth, more character progress. You really see how Aria has changed, no longer some weak girl who can't function, but a strong woman who is selfless. Perry takes on more responsibility. This second book adds more depth to other characters as well like Roar, Talon, Liv, and even Soren. I wish the two main characters had more time together in this book, but I really feel like if they didn't have this character development that I wouldn't have wanted to read the next book. It's well written. Highly recommended.Write Review:
