It is to be _obedience_ on our part, a real Presence within on Hispart, and a bitter antagonism without on the world's part; rhythmic fullglad obedience, a sympathetic powerful real Presence, a tense andintensifying subtle, relentless, but continually-being-thwartedopposition.
